CONDITIONS FOR ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN OF SHIPMENT POLICY AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL OF SHIPMENTS.
Please read the following information carefully. It is the customers' responsibility to familiarize themselves with this information. These procedures will be followed explicitly with NO EXCEPTIONS.
EQUIP AND SHIP LLC.
All sales are final. There can be NO CANCELLATION of orders. This company also has a NO RETURN policy with the following exceptions. Follow the below outlined instructions precisely.
Delivery Time
Due to our vast inventory, we are able to ship most orders within 2-3 business days after receiving it, with approved payment. Products listed as "special order" will be shipped at the earliest possible date. Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select.
While we will make every effort to provide your order by the desired date, Equip and Ship LLC. does not guarantee the timely delivery of any item. To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time for delivery.
All shipments travel during normal business days, which do not include weekends, holidays, and other official days of rest. To estimate when your order will arrive, please use the chart below. This chart is provided for reference only, and is not always reflective of true time frames. Please remember to take into account federal holidays, inclement weather, and other factors beyond our control that may affect the arrival of your order.

The Free Shipping offer excludes all special order items, custom manufactured items, items shipped directly from a manufacturer, all furniture items, and any items designated as not qualifying for Free Shipping in the product description. The Free Shipping offer excludes customers in Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and international orders. You will be contacted by a customer service representative if you are ordering from one of these locations, or you can contact us prior to ordering for a freight quote.
Orders qualifying for Free Shipping are shipped via standard ground shipping methods. These orders usually leave our warehouses within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order, with transit time ranging from 1 to 8 business days. We reserve the right to select the shipping method on all free shipments. Orders weighing over 150 lbs may be shipped via common carrier to your address.
The Free Shipping offer includes shipping of qualified orders from dock to your dock or curbside. Free Shipping does not include additional services such as liftgate delivery, inside delivery, call notification, or express shipment. If you require any of those additional services, additional fees will be assessed prior to shipment. When your equipment arrives, insist that the driver wait while you unpackage it and inspect it thoroughly for transit damage. This is to be done regardless of whether or not there appears to be any damage to the packaging. There is a concept that is called "concealed damage". This means damage that is done to the equipment but not apparent or visible on the packaging itself. If you sign the "delivery and acceptance" receipt without inspecting the equipment you will not be able to successfully process a claim for damages. And we at Equip and Ship LLC.cannot hold the carriers responsible. The delivery and acceptance receipt states that you have inspected the shipment and are certifying that it is free of damage and has arrived to you in acceptable condition. The carriers drivers are notorious for coercing recipients into signing this delivery and acceptance receipt. Do not be intimidated by the carriers drivers and sign away your rights to responsible transportation of your equipment.
An order may be refused and returned to Equip and Ship LLC. (for replacement of the damaged equipment only) if it arrives at its destination damaged and all of the below outlined instructions are followed. In case of return and replacement of damaged equipment Equip and Ship LLC.will pay all freight charges accrued by such authorized return and replacement. An order cannot be refused or returned to us without our authorization. Authorization is obtained by calling our toll free number 877-449-7993 and reporting the damage to us. We will at that time give you instructions for handling the return of a damaged piece of equipment. Only damaged pieces of equipment will be replaced (not the entire order if the order consists of multiple pieces). If damages are not duly noted on the freight bill and witnessed by the carriers' driver, authorization for refusal and return of the shipment will not be given. Shipments returned or refused without prior authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED by Equip and Ship LLC. If you refuse or return your order or any part of it without authorization you will forfeit all monies paid for the equipment plus all shipping charges. Your shipment will be returned to you upon your paying the return freight charges and all charges resulting from your unauthorized refusal and return of the shipment.
Equip and Ship LLC. strives to ship orders promptly. However we reserve the right to back-order an order which is out of stock at the time the order is confirmed. We will inform you of any back-order and give you a lead time for shipment of your back-ordered equipment. Out of stock status is NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR YOU TO CANCEL your order. If we are not able to ship your order for 30-45 days from the date you confirm your order (deposit of sufficient funds in our bank account that represent payment in full including all shipping charges is the only confirmation acceptable to us) we will at that time give you the option of canceling your order with a full refund of your money or continuing to wait for shipment. If Equip and Ship LLC.approves a customer initiated cancellation of order a 35% cancellation charge will apply and be deducted from the funds paid by the customer.
If after you have inspected the equipment and find that it is damaged, make a note of the damage on the freight bill and have the driver witness the notation. DO NOT SIGN THE ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY RECEIPT. If you have the means to photograph the damage, it will be very helpful in processing your claim to do so.
REFUSE THE SHIPMENT after you have reported the damage to us. Do not allow the driver to leave the equipment.
Call us at our toll free number 877-449-7993 and report the damaged equipment so we will be able to replace the equipment for you.
Remember if you sign for it without inspecting it, and later find it to be damaged, there is nothing we can do to assist you with a claim. By your action you will be accepting all responsibility for obtaining a settlement from the carrier for the damaged equipment. We cannot help you.
